Carlouel Subdivision

Carlouel subdivision is located on the north end of Clearwater Beach, by the Carlouel Yacht Club.  This is an exclusive location with the Gulf of Mexico on one side of the narrow barrier island and the intracoastal bay on the other, but not all homes are on the waterfront.  Floor plans vary from under just over 1000 sq. ft. to more than 7000 sq. ft. with 2 to 5 bedrooms.  Some of the smaller homes were built as beach cottages in the 1950s, although they have been remodeled and updated in recent years.  And some of the more expensive homes were built in 1940 as luxury beach properties.  Not all homes have in-ground pools, including some of the million dollar plus properties.  Still, this subdivision is a prime Gulf Coast beach location.
