Belchery Springs is an upscale subdivision located off Belcher, south of Belleair Rd. It's close to US 19 and St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport, as well as shopping, schools, dining and beaches. Construction in the subdivision began in the mid eighties and has continued into the current decade. Floor plans are large and frequently two stories, with many at 5 to 6 thousand feet of heated and cooled space. Interior features typically include granite countertops, master bedroom suites with sitting rooms and octagon showers. Atriums and soaring vaulted ceilings with fireplaces, as well as barreled 10-12' ceilings are also common features.
